Great River at Tribble Mill is a vibrant, multicultural, resort-style community in Gwinnett County, conveniently located near GA-20, GA-316 and Sugarloaf Parkway. Our 525 home community features a spectacular swim and tennis facility with a private clubhouse, six lighted tennis courts, and a playground.
Residents enjoy close proximity to the town square and revitalized downtown area of Lawrenceville, GA and the charming town of Grayson, GA, where there are many unique shopping and dining venues.
 
Directly across New Hope Road is Tribble Mill Park, our 713 acre backyard, nature and exercise oasis with a 3.4 mile paved loop trail around the tranquil waters of Ozora Lake, a glassy fishing lake with boat ramp. It winds through the shady forest, across two bridges and delivers scenery that you won’t believe is this close to home. There is a scenic equestrian trail and many hiking and biking trails in addition to the paved trails. Be on the lookout for wildlife, in particular, deer, geese, ducks, turtles, frogs, fish and songbirds that frequent the lake, its shores and the trails. The park is very dog-friendly with dog pick-up stations dotting the trail’s length. With a new, large playground area, a large playing field, meadows, picnic pavilions, grills, restrooms and multiple free parking lots our backyard park is never too crowded to enjoy. Harbins Park, a 1900+ acre multi-use park with hiking trails, equestrian trails, mountain biking trails, playground, dog park and football and baseball complex is only 3 miles away.
 
Students living in Great River at Tribble Mill attend the highly regarded Gwinnett County Public Schools, including Archer High School that is in walking distance, McConnell Middle School, and W.J. Cooper Elementary School.
 
When you think of Gwinnett County, you should think of the great sports programs. Recreational leagues, “travel teams”, professional training, middle school and high school baseball, softball, football, basketball, soccer, tennis, lacrosse, swimming and cheerleading. Coolray Field, home to our Gwinnett Stripers a AAA affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, is only 12 miles away.
 
Convenient highway access makes it easy to get to Atlanta or Lake Lanier for even more recreation and nightlife opportunities.
